Workplace hours take a huge part of our daily life and it better be a time well spent! Aesthetics and functionality contribute to individual well-being and mental health via a beautiful, tasteful, functional environment.
The Design Pergola team, in collaboration with interior designer Maria Souliou, recognizing the ever-changing needs that occur as a result of climate change, curated the exterior design of the well-known Investment Company, Orilina Properties, installing a modern and multifunctional pergola and an outdoor lounge set.
The chosen pergola is Xtesa by KE. This model features a black aluminum frame, open side sections, and a gray awning on top, which can be wrapped inside a cassette. A highly suitable choice for the company, Xtesa is a pergola resistant to various weather conditions (extreme downpours, intense sunshine, and strong winds- up to 9 Beaufort). The design of the Xtesa has an integrated smart system for removing water from the pergola's roof, which consists of its slight downward slope and the integrated gutters located on the front beam and the columns that support it. The modern and specialized electromagnetic hook system guarantees flawless fabric stretching.
In addition to the practical needs, that are fully covered thanks to the know-how of the manufacturers of KE and Design Pergola, this pergola enables the employees to enjoy the newly renovated space. By setting up the outdoor space on the 5th-floor balcony, employees have the option to use it for smoking or eating breaks, organizing meetings, or even corporate parties.
The elegant and modern design of Xtesa plays an important role in improving the appearance of the building. The integrated, linear, LED lighting on the sides of the pergola is a great addition, providing good lighting and a beautiful atmosphere during the afternoon and evening hours!
The featured furniture on this project is the Bellevie Coffee Table and the Design Pergola Jindo Lounge set. Irreplaceable additions offer a unique result!
